To increase site, and ultimately in-store traffic, Manchester Mirrors need to increase visibility online. To do this, they will need to capture low funnel searches

Given a competitive audit of the local landscape, there were very few businesses in the local area offering hand-crafted mirror solutions. And given they had a small marketing budget to work with, they opted to create 2 blogs a month focused on interior design solutions and create an online social presence engaging with the local interior design community.

Solution:

Given that Cathy is a small local business, she does not feel she would have the budget to compete with big name retailers on any level. So, we created content to focus on topics such as tea, relaxation, and home decor. For Preston Electrical, we focused on creating a tiered approach to our content strategy including in-depth how to videos on diy electrical projects, answering common electrical queries, and case studies showcasing work performed by Preston Electrical. We opted for 8 blogs a month, some of which were video and managed and optimised for YouTube search and implemented ongoing engagement on Facebook and Twitter. We also implemented bi-monthly engagement reporting.
